What it is: A mascara primer that gives lift, length and volume.
How to use: Apply on clean, dry lashes. Place brush at base of lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward. Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry. Follow with mascara for ultimate lift, length and volume. To remove, use a cotton pad and waterproof makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion.

Amazing Results - Curls Stick Straight Lashws
I have short stick straight lashes that never want to stay curled up. This primer makes all the difference. Makes lash stay curled up all day from the base, so really opens up the eyes.
Black color. Can be worn alone. But not waterproof. I use Blinc tube mascara on top and no raccoon eyes after.
Tip: To prevent smudging, I first put concealer on, make sure it’s dry. Then brush setting powder over undereye area so it’s matte and smooth. Then curl lashes with curler. The last step, apply lash primer, make sure it’s dry. Then mascara. No more raccoon eyes.

I would assign it a score of a zero if I could. It appeared dried out when I received it that there was hardly anything in the container and I had to consistency of asphalt. I didn’t want to put it on my eyelashes would pull my eyelashes out trying to remove it.

Awful Do not buy
This stuff is seriously so gross - first of all it does NOT come off. You have to scrub your lashes so hard that it damages them and will irratate your eyes. Second I received a bottle that was dried up - I used it once and tried to ask to return and NORDSTROM denied it. Waste of money I threw it away. Will buy my products elsewhere now.

Unhappy with this mascara
I definitely don't like the formula of this mascara especially with the type of wand it has. Very cumbersome and doesn't seem to ever get enough mascara on my lashes.

I like it.
This primer does a good job of prepping lashes for mascara. Th brush works well on my lashes. I particularly like that it is black. I used lash primer from another brand and it was white. If I run out of time to put on mascara, I can just
stop. Can't do that with a white primer. I use this with Better Than Sex mascara. I will purchase again.
