Why such a poor zipper ? I'll see for myself.
I read the reviews about the inferior zipper. AH ! "llI try for myself. Thus, I purchased two full zipper Tobago Bay Sweatshirts. One in Navy and one in the Light Tan color. Unfortunately the reviews were spot on as the zipper is" Not the Quality" expected from a TB product. It is difficult to start the zipper mechanism and when zipping up it clogs / gets stuck at several points. Also, the collar on each side of the zipper was folded in such a manner it leaves a crease and is unacceptable. I hope TB does some research and designs a newer / better product as the concept is great, "A Full-Zip Sweatshirt". I shall be returning both sweatshirts tomorrow. Sorry, for this negative review but it might help fellow TB customers when purchasing this item.
