Worse Customer service
Had scratches on the lenses. Called the store to see if they can help rectify the situation. I was willing to pay as well. However they can’t do anything at all. They said you can get in touch with Manufacture ( Tom Ford) however the phone number that Nordstrom provided was wrong and not a working number. The email they gave bounced back immediately and basically I am stuck since no one at Nordstrom could help. So I am Stuck with a $500 defective glasses.
