Ronny Penny Loafer (Men)

These are stylish loafers with a thin sole and a soft square toe that is made a little more pronounced by the squared moc toe stitching. I would say they fit just a little on the narrower side, which is perfect for my feet. I suspect they might stretch enough even for typical D-width feet as well since they are listed as Medium width shoes. The suede is an elegant dark brown with very dark accents around the stitching. Contrary to one of the other reviewers' notes, I followed the website's recommendation and sized down 1/2, from 10 1/2 to 10, and that proved to be corret for me.

This is a beautiful but very thin, very light loafer. If you are looking for a chunkier loafer these are not for you. They are a bit dressier. Contrary to the notes, do not size down. They fit true to size or, if anything, run little tight. I have many pairs of To Boot shoes and know some can run big. Absolutely not the case with these (I sized down but had to return mine).

These loafers are comfortable and look great in person. However, the right shoe arrived with lots of creasing and wear. It looked like a thoroughly used shoe paired with a brand new left shoe. Very disappointing that Nordstrom would sell a product in this condition, and yet this isn’t the first time I’ve received a used product from this store. The shoes also ran large, even though I sized a half size down.
