Arrived damaged and scuffed
Have had great experiences with this brand and Nordstrom in the past. Maybe times have changed. While both the delivery box and shoe box were fine, there was damage and wear on both boots and the shoe came without other typical packaging. This was a time sensitive order and this was a very disappointing result with no timely solutions upon reporting the issue.
