Titanium Always Pan^® Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After decades of using traditional nonstick cooking pans, we decided to move away from chemically coated surfaces to the Our Place Titanium Always Pro pans (we've purchased the standard and large sizes). After using them now for several months, a few observations… To start, these pans are stunning. Straight out of the box, they’re among the most beautiful pieces of cookware we’ve owned. The included spatulas are equally well designed—comfortable to use, thoughtfully shaped, and easy to clean. Cooking with the Titanium Always Pro pans is genuinely enjoyable, and when used as directed, the titanium surface performs exactly as promised: food releases cleanly and cooks evenly. But if you are expecting to clean these as easily as you do other nonstick pans, be prepared: cleaning requires a lot of elbow grease. Some stains are very hard to remove from the cooking surface. And yes, we have followed the instructions and processes Our Place recommends. The only thing we have found to work effectively are small steel brushes with either Bar Keepers Friend or the vinegar and baking soda solution Our Place recommends. Even then, it can take multiple long cleaning sessions. Because of this, we have gone back to our old faithful cast-iron pans for the kinds of meals that stain the titanium pans so badly. The Titanium Always Pro pans still have a place in our kitchen—we enjoy using them and appreciate their design and performance—but now with a more realistic understanding of the cleaning commitment they require.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this pan. Food does not stick. Food cooks well. Clean-up is so easy that we don't bother to use the dishwasher. Recommended! On the other hand the lid is a bit disappointing. We expected glass, and wish it were. There is no particular fault. It waterspots if not polished.

Best pan to sear and pop in the oven while cooking chicken thighs, steaks, burgers, breaded chicken, Korean saucy recipes, etc. so incredibly well because of the heat dispersement around the pan. It also cleans off so easily, it will blow your mind. Worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan was great and I cleaned meticulously after each use. But after frying bacon I just couldn’t get clean even after using baking soda and vinegar on high heat and scrubbing vigorously. It’s all been downhill from there and now everything sticks.
