PRX Auto Powermatic 80 Bracelet Watch, 40mm

Watch is really nice. The only thing I didn’t like about the watch is the color of the green is way too dark. When you open up the box looks like the Dial is black you see the green when you put light on it, just too dark other than that very nice looking watch love the back of the watch and shows all the gears in it watch

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a Tissot PRX from Nordstrom expecting a brand-new watch, but what I received looks like it has been worn for years. The condition is absolutely unacceptable for something that was sold as new. The watch has obvious signs of wear and honestly looks more like a five-year-old used watch than a brand-new timepiece. I cannot understand how something in this condition passed inspection, was packaged, and then shipped to a customer as new. I specifically ordered from Nordstrom because I expected a reputable retailer to provide a genuine, brand-new product and a higher level of quality control. Instead, I received what appears to be a heavily used or previously returned watch. This completely ruined the excitement of receiving my new Tissot PRX. For the amount of money these watches cost, no customer should open their package and find a watch in this condition. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience.
