Men's PRC 200 Chronograph Bracelet Watch, 43mm

This is not the quality I expected when ordering a nice watch from Nordstrom. It looks as if it has been opened and returned- there is no protected film on the watch, the box is beat up pretty decently, the watch wasn’t even centered. Returning both my Tissot watches I recently ordered and will order directly through them. Earning Nordstrom notes are not worth dropping the quality of my purchases.

Bought this for spouse’s birthday. The crown came off after 12 months, checked that Tissot offers 24 month warranty so facilitated the repair through our local Nordstrom. We have been waiting for almost 4 months now and we don’t have the watch back yet. Jewelry manager was helpful but some staff gave vibes of annoyance when I went to the store and check up on status. Told me to better off to get that done though Tissot directly. Thought Nordstrom has amazing customer service yet here we are.
