Be Careful if You Have to Remove Links!
This is a delicate watch that I purchased to wear to my daughter's wedding. It was too large upon arrival so I went to Nordstroms to have links removed as instructed in the packaging. The watch is so small that the sales representative did not have tools small enough to do the job so I went to the local jeweler. He removed the links and mentioned that it was somewhat difficult to do. Because he had to remove several links to make it fit, it resulted in the band being so small that I could not get it over my wrist to put it on. I will now return and see whether one link can be added. If it cannot, I am out the cash.
I am not a happy camper.

Great Watch!
Love this watch... small but elegant and lightweight. Had to have a few links removed and the two Nordstrom stores in my area did not have a tool small enough so I had to go to a local jewelry store. Worth the inconvenience... love this watch!

Keepsake gift for 21 year old
Absolutely perfect gift for our 21 year old granddaughter, and happy that she actually wanted a watch. However there was a problem I encountered with Nordstrom's usually exceptional customer service: she needed the band shortened but the store she went to was unable to do so (even though they tried). She had to go to a jewelry store in the mall and pay $40 to have it done. I would expect the adjustment to be covered on a $350 watch.
