Sutherlin Bay Water Resistant Lace-Up Bootie

I was excited about these and they are very comfortable but the heals are made out a cheep plasticy material and coated with a super thin wood like material that wears away within a couple months of use. Now parts of the white plasticy material underneath the "wood" coating on the heal are exposed and they look shabby. Also the very thin rubbery bottom part of the heal almost entirely wore down so the heals were essentially decaying after just a few months. Timberland quality has really gone downhill. Do better please guys or don't market your boots as durable.
