Boot was good but return process horrible
The boots are nice and run a full size larger IMO. The return process I have been stuck in for 2 weeks. No money returned and no custom er service help at all. Phones or email or here on site.Not recommend for bad service. Period.

Overlarge. 11.5 fit a 12 foot, yet still loose.
First: Timberland Mt.Maddsen fit me as if made for me, though I add a 1/8" Spenco insole. The 12 in this boot is way oversize. Went to 11.5: closer but a VERY sloppy, loose fit, not right at all.

Sole comes off before a month
Sole started to come off not even a month after use. Usually no problems with this brand. Going to contact customer service to see if they replace it. Too expensive to fall apart so soon.
