Timberland

The mission of Timberland is to inspire and equip the world to step outside, work together and make it better. Founded in 1952 in Boston, the company is best known for its iconic "original yellow boot," which debuted in 1973. Those waterproof leather boots set new standards for craftsmanship, durability and protection—and still embody the spirit of all Timberland shoes made today.

Boot was good but return process horrible

The boots are nice and run a full size larger IMO. The return process I have been stuck in for 2 weeks. No money returned and no custom er service help at all. Phones or email or here on site. Not recommend for bad service. Period.

Overlarge. 11.5 fit a 12 foot, yet still loose.

First: Timberland Mt.Maddsen fit me as if made for me, though I add a 1/8" Spenco insole. The 12 in this boot is way oversize. Went to 11.5: closer but a VERY sloppy, loose fit, not right at all.

Sole comes off before a month

Sole started to come off not even a month after use. Usually no problems with this brand. Going to contact customer service to see if they replace it. Too expensive to fall apart so soon.
