Calista Bay Slide Sandal (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek, cute look! Although the width on the regular sized slide was a bit snug/stiff it was still comfy! I wore this as a quick slide while running errands and was complimented on them! Everybody wanted to know where I got them from! I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have medium-width feet and usually wear a size 7, which is what I got for these sandals. Getting them on at first was a little bit of a struggle, since the straps over the top aren't very stretchy or flexible- but overall not that hard to get on. Once on, they fit snugly around the top of the foot. They're not exactly super uncomfortable for medium width feet like mine, but they're not the most flexible or forgiving either. With regular wear, I think the straps may loosen up slightly over time (without wearing down, since they're made from thick material), which could help improve comfort. The sole feels sturdy and durable, with just enough grip that I didn't feel like I was slipping. The cushioning is mild but noticeable-it's a bit on the firmer side, but not incredibly hard or uncomfortable. After only a couple of hours wearing them, my feet were marked by the straps. I wouldn't wear these for super long walks on hot days, but they're definitely suitable for casual outings or running errands. Sizing feels true to size-I always wear a 7, and the footbed length fits just right. However, due to the snug strap fit, I'd recommend going up half a size if you have wider feet or prefer a looser, roomier sandal. Visually, the color (Medium Purple Knit) looks the same in person as online, which I appreciate. I really like the knitted strap design-it gives the slides a laid-back, stylish look that works casually or even dressed up a bit. Compared to other strap sandals I've owned, these feel a bit tighter around the foot, which is something to note if you care about having more room or less pressure from straps. The Women's Calista Bay Slide Sandal in Medium Purple Knit is adorable and adds a fun pop of color to casual outfits. The knit material is soft and breathable, and they're super easy to slip on for quick errands or lounging. I usually wear a 7 1/2, but since they only come in whole sizes, I went with a 7-and they feel just a bit too snug. They're comfortable for short periods, but they don't offer enough arch support for my plantar fasciitis. After a couple of hours, I noticed some heel discomfort. If you don't need extra support and can size up, they could work well as a cute, casual option.

The one downside of them is that they are a little tight in the front, but once you wear them a few times they loosen up, so it isn't a huge deal. Otherwise they are very comfy and I think they're easy to pair with outfits. Would recommend!
