Tilo Print Tie Back Dress

This is the perfect summer dress! The fabric is so lightweight and flowy! The tie at the waist can be worn if you want a more structured look or leave it off if you are looking for something more breezy. The pattern is gorgeous.

Such a beautiful dress in photos and to try on. Definitely designed and cut well…so flattering with or w/o the belt. Unfortunately, I am returning the dress for the following two reasons: 1) base color is a darker tan color; not cream 2) Dress isn’t lined…normally NBD, but the dress instantly clung to me- static. Seriously wish the description and photo matched IRL.

And I’ve never received a dress shipped from France before. You need to know that the background color is darker than the photo, and that the fabric is so clingy that you’ll want to use a static-free product from your chin to your knees. Not providing belt loops is annoying. Designing a tie and a fabric belt seems redundant. BUT, it came from France!

My first thought when I opened the dust bag for the dress was, this isn't the dress I ordered! The background color is much more of a tan or khaki rather than what is shown in the photo. All of the colors are "off". The tie at the neck is too long and very heavy, weighed down the whole neckline. I did not like the tie belt and the dress needs some shape. Needless to say, it's going back. Very sad. I was looking forward to having it in my wardrobe.

I loved the dress from the image here - and it looks NOTHING like the dress I got. The material is lovely but the dress has no belt and bo tie at the neck. It’s a rectangle of fabric with a v neck.

Not worth the price tag. Beautiful fabric but dress has no lining and feels rather flimsy. It looks like it was made in a hurry. I was really looking forward to this. Wish I had paid attention to the reviews before purchasing. Sending it back
