Poorly constructed, runs true to its chart size
According to the charts for this brand, XL waist is 30", This skirt is 26" unstretched, so should accommodate 30" waist. However this is smaller than most brands would run. The main thing for me is that the skirt is poorly sewn with the waist band looking crooked and wavering in with from 1 7/8 inches to 2 1/4 inches in width. If I had sewn this myself I would rip it out and redo it. I would not be comfortable wearing a waistband that looks like this
