very good but maybe DON'T size down
These are a nice, soft 99% cotton denim...not stiff at all. While the legs are roomy, the waist is very much tapered to fit (including a tiny bit of stretch that gets you across the finish line). My normal size 27 was SUCH a close fit that I sized UP to a 28. This also gave me a bit more inseam. Overall, nice jeans and good value for the price.
