Nordstrom size guide wrong
Follow the Aeyde size guide, not Nordstrom's for these shoes. I always wear US 9 and ordered these in a 40 (which Nordstrom and other retailers say is a 10 but Aeyde says is a 9). They fit well, maybe a little narrow in the toe and slip at the back a bit. The color is beautiful. They're comfortable for ballet flats. Also, the bow is adjustable.
I don't like how Nordstrom sent these to me. The shoe box was damaged and there was only a piece of tissue paper in the box. Usually Aeyde includes sufficient packaging and a dust bag. Sending $500 shoes like this isn't ok. I shared these concerns with Nordstrom customer service which is AI.
