Excellent laptop for travel and adventures

A very well built, spacious and organized bag. It is lightweight and carries very easily when fully loaded. I especially love the strap to attach to a suitcase handle. How have I lived without that all these years.

Great bag aside from the laptop sleeve

Used for 1 year now and overall really good but one rather major flaw. The laptop Sleeve is not padded on the underside so whenever you put your bag down you are directly impacting the outer edge of the laptop on the ground. This cost one new laptop and has already damaged a second screen. Otherwise I'm actually a big fan of the simplicity and durability this bag has provided.

Thank you for choosing Thule for your backpack needs! The Thule Chasm backpack does feature a padded laptop sleeve that provides three-side protection. The sides and bottom of the compartment have foam cushioning to protect electronics stored inside. I apologize if this was not apparent during your use of the backpack.

What a treat

Got this as a celebration on my new job (since my previous backpacks were all swag). Love it. It’s so much better, although the side pocket is a bit of a risk. I don’t want my laptop accidentally falling out.

My third Thule Bookbag

This is my THIRD backpack— but after 5-years with my first (the 2nd was purchased to work for travel with my small carryon Thule bag), my first is still intact and usable but just needed a new look and to keep my bag slightly smaller with all the conveniences of my older larger bag. I ❤️ Thule! Which bag should I buy NEXT!?!

LOVE this pack!

I bought this bag to use as a personal item/everyday pack for a recent 12 day trip and it was awesome. It was the perfect amount of space to utilize for carrying my things and stuff for my kids while we were out on day trips. I'm a big fan of the storage compartments and how easy it is to organize things.
