How to use:

- Cleanse your face: start with a clean, dry face

- Adjust the straps: put the mask on and adjust the straps on the back and top of your head until it fits snugly

- Turn on the mask: press and hold the LED button on the right side of the mask

- Select a treatment: the mask will automatically begin the 12-minute preset treatment. You can also toggle through the individual treatments (red, red + infrared and blue) by short pressing the LED button

- Adjust the vibration massage: press the vibration massage button on the left side of the mask to toggle through the 3 modes: relax, refresh and relieve. To turn off the vibration massage during the LED treatment, press the button a fourth time

- Complete your treatment: follow with your regular skin care routine
