LIGHT STRETCHY AND SLENDER CONTEMPORARY PANT
Bought these for my husband as he wanted business casual pants. He love the stretch they have and the slender cut. They WILL shrink if you put them in the dryer. I wash and then shake out and hang over railing to let them dry naturally and they look like they need light iron but because of the slim fit, when you put them on no iron needed. Very lightweight and great for summer or warmer climates.

Light Gray, No Hint of Tan
It's to find light-colored dress pants that aren't a shade of tan. Thankfully, these are a shade of gray. They're also made in the USA.
Like the other Theory neoteric pants I've bought, the nylon fabric is nice, dries quickly, and looks good even after pulling out of my gym bag.
The fit is good, too.

Super-Dark Navy
I have these pants in 4 colors. The fit and materials are great. This navy pair is so dark that it matches black, which is perfect for my needs. My main concern is that they're made in China. The other colors were made in USA.
