The Woven Demi Jane Flat

I really wanted to love these shoes but they weren't right for my foot. The weave was a little too open and my toe somewhat poked out which was not an attractive look. I also found that my toenail almost got caught on it when I walked (and I wear my nails really short). These are very highly rated so obviously I must have weird feet! Beautiful design, comfortable, and very well made. Just not my shoe.

I think these are beautiful shoes that I will wear often. I appreciate how there was zero break in time, in terms of the heel. No scraping your Achilles, thank goodness! However, I am surprised that other reviewers have worn these on long European vacations. I find they have very little padding, and my heel (the underside, not the achilles) gets pretty sore after walking around for a full day. I am in my mid-30s, for reference. I also had to both size down (from 10 to 9. 5) and widen (Normal to Wide). I could have even gone on size smaller, but I didn't want to do a second return.
