Very unhappy customer

I ordered these boots after watching them for about 8 months I got a sale price of $100.00 and finally ordered them. I get them and the buckle is defective on the top of the boot. I call looking at options because we are not near a store or a fed ex drop off. The representative informed me these were from a 3rd party shipper, and they have to have them to even start to process a return. Very unhappy with Nordstrom's at this time and will probably never shop there again.

Beautiful BUT

The base of the foot fits true to size, the calf’s runs VERY large and was not adjustable to fit my calf. Sadly had to return
