Chelsea boot
The boot looked great when I ordered it, but I couldn’t get this slip on boot on my foot. I even went up 1/2 size and ordered a wide, but no luck! My instep was the problem.

Worth the wait!
I waited two months to get these, and I'm so glad I did because they're absolutely perfect! They're high-quality, look beautiful, and are as comfortable as sneakers. I'm a 7. 5 and am typically on the wider side, and the wide width in my normal size fits perfectly.

Wanted to love them, but pair I ordered arrived pre worn and pre creased heavily. I can’t believe they tried to pass them off as “new”. In a moment of weakness I accepted them for a 15% off discount. Big mistake. The right shoe is heavily creased with a deep fold across the entire boot in a way that’s totally unnatural. The fact that I was sold pre worn boots aside, I’ve been disappointed in how quickly these have looked worn / creased a lot more than nicer brands. I also think there’s a chance the prior owner who returned these (while they were then passed off to me as new) got them wet as they already look dingy. Overall super disappointing and it was my first and probably my last purchase.
