The shoes are beautiful, nice shape and color. I found them to run on the smaller size. I ordered a size 37 and am always a solid 37 in other brands, normal width foot. The reason why I’m returning them is because Nordstrom threw them into a box, no tissue paper, no dust bag, just tossed in. For such expensive shoes, this is not acceptable. This has been happening more and more often… I ordered a handbag recently and the same thing happened. What’s going on Nordstrom??

Strap too loose or shoes too big
Bought my usual size 6 but the style requires perfect fit. This was just too loose and needs to go back. Btw the toe area exposes the gap between one’s toes, in case people care.
