Spot-on inseam measurement

I am just shy of 5’5” and usually buy the regular inseam. I purchased the short in these pants and they are perfect for flats. I sized up because I have these in the regular denim version in my usual size and they grab me in the seat. Sizing up one mostly eliminated this problem, but I would recommend Madewell give women a little more room in the seat, especially in their wide leg options.
