The Straight Leg Jeans

While the instore shopping experience was good - my jeans required alterations. I live in Idaho and I was told that the items would be shipped to me in 6-8 days. After 8-9 days, I called the store and they could not place my order. It took the sales person a few hours to track down my Jeans which were sitting in the shipping room. They couldnt find my invoice and I had to provide all the information again. Also, even though i had provided my Nordtrom customer account details, the sale was not linked to my account. Eventually the jeans showed up after almost 2 weeks - but had I not called, they would have probably sat in the shipping room.
