My first pair of Rothy’s. Incredibly soft. Stock with your true size. I went half a size up based on other reviews and thought it fit, it just didn’t feel right. Re-ordered my true size 8 and they fit like a glove. Classy, elegant look. I bought two pairs/colors.

DONT BUY THROUGH NORDSTROM
I bought these shoes on sale for $100 on Black Friday. I got them and they are too large because all the reviews say to size up, so I went to exchange them, and Nordstrom has told me I have to pay full price for my exchange since they were shipped by Rothy’s. If they weren’t going to exchangeable I would have loved to know that because now I just have to return them and I can’t afford to rebuy them for $160 and Nordstrom won’t compensate for the additional cost. And Rothy’s has no way of verifying my purchase so they can’t help me. I needed these shoes for work and waited until Black Friday to buy them so that I could afford them. Super disappointed with Nordstrom for their customer service on this one.

do no buy through Nordstrom
The shoes are decent , runs slightly small and narrow. I would recommend purchasing directly thought the Rothy’s website. If you decided to go though Nordstrom just know that if you need to exchange for another size that they will NOT honor any sale pricing you originally purchased at. I was told I had to return the size to got a sale and could only repurchase for the FULL price . Horrible customer service . They said there policy is “they only match sale pricing if you exchange for the same size/color” which defeats the purpose of an exchange

Price does not match quality.
If you have wider feet this is not the shoe for you. A big reason why I sent the pair of shoes back is because you could see the imprint of my toes through the shoe .

Purchased in my normal size and I have always been normal in width. I was so hopeful for these flats to work because I struggle so much to find them. These are so narrow and hurt so much. I'll have to return these.

comfy versatile flats
I love these Mary Jane’s. I originally listened to the reviews and sized up but exchanged them for my true size. If you have a regular width or narrow foot, I’d say it’s true to size. If you have a wider foot or like your shoes to be a little loose, size up half a size. They are comfortable, work with a ton of outfits, and are washable. I want them in every color!! The only critique I have is that the strap isn’t adjustable so it doesn’t fit snug to my foot.
