Purchased the last one in stock order cancelled
Purchased this for my girlfriend for Christmas and she was beyond excited and watched the page go to sold out. Four days later received an email canceling the order due to them being unable to find the item. Beyond disappointed and confused how I was able to purchase it when it wasn’t available. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a while and my first experience and likely last purchasing from Nordstroms.
