Defective heel

I’m a 6.5 or 7 in the Row depending on the style. I tried the 6.5, which fit, but I would have preferred a 7 for a little more room in the front. The reason I returned was because there was something inside the heel of one of the shoes that rattled when taking a step. Even on sale, I couldn’t keep them because the sound would have driven me nuts!
