Please Re-consider!
Please reconsider dropping this product! It is my miracle cure and I use it every day! I am 68 years old, have gray hair that is dry and appears frizzy and damaged after I blow dry. I dab of the Split End Serum and you'd never know! I LOVE this product. The oil is too heavy on my fine hair.

Little Disappointed
After trying the shampoo and conditioner I wanted to invest more in the brand. Unfortunately I don't feel my hair felt soft and it didn't seem to do a lot for me, I tried it on both wet and dry hair and while it had a slight improvement I was not overly impressed. Not really value for money at the price paid.

Great product!
I have used this product for nearly a year now and LOVE it! It has completely helped to transform my hair and keeps split ends at bay in between hair cuts.

A little disappointed
My ends looked better the day I applied this serum but I was hoping that it would "last" for a couple days before my next wash. The next day, my ends looked like they did before I started using this product.

Great potential with silicone substitutes
I was gifted this product and excited about it at first. I had been looking for a hair serum or oil that included keratin and/or hydrolyzed protein. This has an exceptional variety of oils, proteins and extracts that were seemingly selected with care for medium-high porosity hair and almost fit the bill. However, the heavy silicones (dimethicone, phenyl trimethicone) were a disappointment and seemed out of place. I expect to see these used by brands going for cosmetic over therapeutic value. I imagine the customers seeking a product like this want to avoid frequent use of harsh surfactants, unnecessary build up, dead weight dulling and minimizing the efficacy of beneficial nutrients. I didn’t drink the “silicones are evil” Kool-aid and I think there is a place for them in skin/hair products. But, the only reason to use dimethicone is to save money. It is similar or inferior to other options with its sole advantage being that it’s cheaper. With your company’s values and price point l would think volatiles, lighter/more soluble silicones, or certain cationic silicones would be reasonable without an appreciable price increase or profit decrease. Personally, my goal is to repair my hair damage. I prefer the major ingredients in products to serve a purpose beyond temporary visual appeal and not create new problems. There are numerous film formers, occlusives and sealants that can perform this task and contribute to damage repair. They may not have the refractive index of phenyl trimethicone, but this isn’t marketed as a “make my hair shiny” product. Competitors like JVN, Ceremonia, R&Co, IGK and Prose are utilizing these silicone alternatives, and at lower price points. I tried the product for a week to give it a chance. It was fine, but having to clarify more than twice monthly wouldn’t be worth it given the number it does on my hair.
