Buy something else
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon application this fragrance is warm and slightly smoky. After a couple hours the smokiness fades. The silage is a little stronger than the EDP version, but not by much. After about 3 hours it smells sort of chocolatey. It becomes an extremely intimate warm vanilla skin like scent after about 7 hours. It’s pretty clear D&G is cheaping out on ingredients while keeping their high price tags. Would not recommend.

Good fragrance, but not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this fragrance will be liked by many people, but it was a miss for me. It's a very strong, woody fragrance with a heavy dose of tobacco. When I wore it, it lasted over 8 hours on skin and was going strong when I washed it off. Personally, I felt like it was far too strong and not a very pleasant scent. However, I am generally not a fan of "beast mode" type fragrances, so I am likely not the audience for this one. If you enjoy strong and egregiously long lasting fragrances, this one may be for you

Masculine, warm, long-lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid masculine scent. At first, I did not care for it because it smelt very generically masculine. However, the scent developed over time, becoming warm and slightly sweet. It also lasted well throughout the night and into the morning which is amazing.

The blend of black pepper, labdanum and tobacco creates a smooth spicy amber scent that feels perfect luxurious without overpowering. Projection is refined and close to the skin, making it great for date night and formal settings. Packaging and sample bottle looks elegant. I would repurchase for the elegant vibe.
