[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon application this fragrance is warm and slightly smoky. After a couple hours the smokiness fades. The silage is a little stronger than the EDP version, but not by much. After about 3 hours it smells sort of chocolatey. It becomes an extremely intimate warm vanilla skin like scent after about 7 hours. It’s pretty clear D&G is cheaping out on ingredients while keeping their high price tags. Would not recommend.

Not the Same Blend as the Original The One
Alas, my husband for several years has used the original The One for Men Parfum, which smells wonderful! We had no idea that there are now more than one blend labeled The One until I mistakenly purchased this one awhile back. It smells nice enough, but definitely is NOT the original blend which is far better! Unfortunately we didn't save the original bottle when it was empty, so we are unsure which blend to order next online. We will probably have to try and find it in a store somewhere rather than risk another online purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dolce & Gabbana’s the one for men has quickly become my favorite. It is a beautiful, rich blend of warm amber, tobacco thay feels incredibly masculine . It lasts for hours on the skin. It’s perfect for dating at night.

Oriental spice, long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This parfum strength cologne has an oriental spice feel to it. I like the main smell of amber. The look of the bottle is nice enough. I will say the scent is rather long lasting. Not my favorite scent but it’s still a pleasant cologne.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample size of Dolce & Gabbana's The One For Men Eau de Parfum, and it is absolutely captivating! It opens with a beautifully warm, spicy blend of cardamom and ginger, which smoothly transitions into a rich, masculine base of tobacco and amber. It feels incredibly sophisticated and luxurious—perfect for date nights or cooler weather.
Even though it’s a sample, a little goes a long way. The longevity on this EDP is fantastic, easily lasting 6 to 8 hours on my skin with great projection. It’s a timeless, alluring fragrance that definitely draws compliments. I will absolutely be purchasing the full-sized bottle!

Smooth and rugged like any good man
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elegant sleek statement bottle design and moody amber color. Strong atomizer spray with a great scent cloud.
Speaks to the warm, rich, and enveloping scent of the parfum. The spice is complex but not overwhelming, a nice groundness bringing warm skin, and the tobacco is creamier and less obvious. Sticks to the skin and clothes all day but more of a mid to intimate smell (depending on sprays lol) for scent trail/projection.
Complex and forward addition to their The One line. Makes this flanker more unique for the current market!
