The Long and Narrow of it
Bought the plaid, so beautiful. Also bought the Kiltie which was a very soft suede. I've other TOOUS (have to get used to the new nomenclature) in the same size 39, but these were way too long about 2.5", and gaped around the ankle, just way too large. Yet the width was perfect, so if sizing down, they would have been too narrow. Bottom Line: this particular style seems best suited for long and narrow feet. Solid shoe otherwise. Bought as a pre-order in March, at TOOUS with a gift card. Just a heads up for fit.
