Super warm and comfortable. waterproof all the way up; walked through snow/slush and stayed warm and dry-- also very cute/stylish; love the knitted top!

Hate these boots
I have now used these boots for two Minnesota Winters and it's safe to say they are COMPLETELY USELESS as winter boots. Do not buy them if you plan on using them in true snow and ice conditions. Actually even when temps don't get to below 0°F my feet are still icy cold. Some of my toes have got cold blisters on them because I thought I could use these boots when we took the kids out sledding. Big mistake. I need to come inside and thaw my feet out just to be able to use them again. Iwish I could return these boots considering I spent over $100 on them. DO NOT BUY. They only look good

Excellent customer service by Beatrice
Beatrice provides top notch customer service. You are lucky to have her on your staff. She went above and beyond to get snow boots to my door the day the big blizzard was arriving.
She contacted me on her day off to handle an issue with my on-line order. The order had been cancelled although the North Face boot was still in stock.
Beatrice made it happen. Got the boots in time when it looked unlikely. .
She deserves to be recognized for the great job she is doing. She's the type of an employee that keeps me coming back to Nordstrom.

Great choice
These boots fit great, are supportive of your arches/ankles, and not made of cheap material. I recommend these for snow treading. They are my go-to for putting on to walk the dog in the snow in the morning. These are ideal for also walking into work in snowy/icy climates. I'm a physical therapist, and according to personal experience, it's most safe walking on unsteady/uneven surfaces with proper traction/grip on your shoes. These are good. I am always a size 10, and these size 10 shoe fit perfect.

Super warm & cute!
I live in the PacNW and walk my kids to school every day. I was looking for something that will keep me warm and dry, but was also cute! These are SO comfortable - lots of cushioning for your foot on the inside. I ordered both the 7.5 and 8 because of some reviews mentioning you should order a size up. I found them to be true to size, so I kept the 7.5. Can't wait to wear them more throughout our upcoming rainy season and winter!

Warm, Light, Comfortable
I love these boots! They are quite lightweight for snow boots. I find them very comfortable to walk in. I have yet to try them in icy conditions, but the bottom looks like it will grip well. I'm usually an 8.5, but I had to go up to a 9.5 for the toe box to fit my feet (my big toe is actually my longest toe and I have found that in most snow boots, I need to go up .5 to 1 size).
