Reversible Merino Wool Beanie

It's a hat. To put on your head. It's warm

I ordered this beanie because, as merino wool, it shouldn’t pill and look as ratty as an acrylic knit. I want a dark gray color and the reversibility (to navy) described was a plus; however, the navy reverse had the label, stitched into one of the seams. I had to cut off the large white label if I ever wanted to wear the navy side. This was a tedious exercise: I had to take care not to cut the wrong stitches.

Barely tried it on before I knew it had to go back. Super thin, no stretch and gave my head a strange shape. Not worth it, even for a Socal winter.

Well made beanie, love the merino wool which is very soft and comfortable. Two sided with grey/black is a nice feature to change the look on the fly.

Good hat, like that you can use gray or navy side. Warm and comfortable.
