A North Face vest based on a baffle-quilted, down-insulated design from 1996 offers unmatched warmth right at the core. The durable ripstop shell with double-layer taffeta at the shoulders is perfect for backpacking, thanks to its packable design that can be stowed in its own pocket.

Perfect vest for all weather

It's looks really cool but keeps you really warm :) It's expensive but does the job, I wear this vest on subzero (Celsius) temps and never feel cold. Added advantage is the pockets are warm too ! So no gloves required, can't think of anything I don't like about this vest. I wear it all the time and even have to think twice about sleeping in it haha.
