I thought it would be simple to order a baby gift for someone. I order online all the time. What I think I ordered was a light brown north face baby coat. Even now, to review the item, it has it pictured as a coat in camo colors. 3 times I tried to place this order with a gift bag, and note from me. I saw later that I wasn't charged for the gift bag-and sure enough, there was no gift bag, and no note. I have no idea now what color it came in. I feel silly asking. I expect more from Nordstrom.
