expensive costume jewelry
This necklace has been on my wishlist for a long time and I finally got it. I was so disappointed with the quality. The chain is incredibly light, and the only communication on the package is about how delicate the necklace is. Apparently they chip easily and show wear quickly. Sad to have to return such a cute piece, just not worth it if I can’t wear it and enjoy it.

terrible quality for the price!
The chain started to tarnish after a month of wear. And I never wore it in the shower or at the pool or beach. The company said that could be from my skins “oil” this has never happened with even cheaper jewelry.

Horrible shipping experience
In line shopping with Nordstrom is a problem. While entering an address for a gift, I have received confirmation. Upon payment confirmation, the shipping address was confirmed in error. I immediately contacted customer service and was advised that it could not be changed and I could not cancel. I received the product and had to ship it by myself.
