What it is: A two-step resurfacing vitamin C peel that brightens and smoothes skin.
What it does: Vitamin C helps the skin's natural collagen levels and the microdelivery system allows for maximum penetration of vitamins and antioxidants into the skin for optimal results. The peel helps exfoliate dead skin cells from the surface of skin to reveal a brighter complexion.
How to use: Apply a teaspoon of the peptide resurfacing crystals to clean, dry skin. Once applied, crystals should appear almost like a mask. Gently massage in a circular motion over entire face for up to 60 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Do not scrub. Then place a generous teaspoon of the lactic/salicylic acid activating gel in the palm of your hand. Massage gel onto fingertips, and apply on top of crystals. As the activator is applied, a warming sensation will occur. White foam will appear, indicating activation. Leave foam on for 2 to 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

Not for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I used this twice and both times it made me break out. Definitely won’t use again. I was so excited because it seems like a product I would love but unfortunately it’s a no for me. Definitely left my skin soft AT FIRST, but both times I was broken out the very next day.

Resurfacing takes works but Im lazy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first step was very interesting, it starts to crystallize a bit, and then then adding step two really what made it look crazy. I mean, beauty is pain, but I'm not sure if the multi-steps are for me. However, I do see a more polished look after a few weeks of using it. I'm not a fan of using my fingers to apply and can get messy. As a certified lazy girl, bedtime has to be quick. I like it, but not enough to spend too much time doing this for the long term. Overall, it works, but not for my routine.

Love my skin

2 part system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Philosophy vitamin c resurfacing peel is a 2 part system. I found the directions easy to follow on how to properly apply each part. As a 46 year old woman, I try to take my skincare seriously so that my skin is able to age gracefully(so far, so good) I do have sensitive skin, though, and introducing new products to my skin can sometimes cause mild irritation and redness. I had a bit of that with this but it did clear up pretty quickly. I will have to continue using this product to see if I have any visible results from it but have not seen much(or any) changes thus far.
