Disappointed – Bag Arrived Bent and Misshapen
I was really excited to purchase this bag—the pictures online looked so fun and stylish. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when it arrived. The bag was completely bent and creased, and it did not hold the shape shown in the product images at all. It looked nothing like what I expected and was impossible to reshape, even after trying to smooth it out.
I ended up returning it, which was really disappointing.
Tip for the brand: Please consider stuffing canvas bags with paper or inserts during shipping to help them maintain their shape. It would make a big difference in presentation and customer experience.
