Runs Small and Shipped in Bag Not a Shoe Box
I was very confused when I received this item. It appears that the shoes were removed from the shoe box and placed in a poly mailer. (My guess is this was done because shipping in a poly mailer is less expensive than shipping in a shoe box). I also didn’t understand that these were sold from a 3rd party marketplace and couldn’t be returned at a Rack store. The shoes also ran very small and narrow. Overall, it was a negative shopping experience. The brand/vendor took a short cut by taking the shoes out of the box and shipping them in a poly bag to save on their mailing expenses. The shoes ran small and narrow. I’ll be sure to check to make sure that I’m not purchasing from the Nordstrom marketplace in the future. Negative customer experience.
