The Fonteyn Flat

These shoes are beautiful, but I regret buying them. They’re nicely cushioned, but I get blisters on the tops of my toes and on my heels when I wear them. Also, the bottom of the shoes started wearing away after I wore them once and are in pretty rough shape after wearing them to work only a few times. They also run small and narrow. I ordered my usual size 7 but in W (I usually wear size 7 in N width), and they still aren’t wide enough. I wish I had sized up at least half a size. I wear flats a lot, and this is the least comfortable and least durable pair I own despite being more than 2x the price of my others.

beautiful ponyhair shoes, makes my foot look sleek and slender. no break in required. im a 8.5 which translates to 39 at margaux (and most other brands), not 38.5 (what most conversion charts say)

The color of these shoes was close to midnight, almost black. I was looking for a more true navy

Have not worn these yet. It’s still summer in Texas, but they are beautiful and can’t wait to wear them. I wear an 8.5 and these fit true to size

I love the square toe, and they are just as comfortable as the demis. With size 4 feet, I really appreciate Margaux’s extended sizing.

Best shoes as comfort is key and these provide it in spades
