Waited over three months for a very average shoe
After waiting over three months to get these very expensive shoes, I was expecting them to be special, but they just aren’t. They aren’t worth the price tag, so I am returning.

Exceeded expectations
I’d been eyeing these shoes for a while bc the price is pretty steep however decided to try them and I’m so glad I did. They’re really an investment shoe. The leather is BUTTERY and they fit so comfortably right out of the box. No break in time needed. I wore them to the office without socks and my feet were comfortable all day — I did a fair amount of walking, too. At one point my feet were hot and sweaty but even then, the shoes didn’t rub or hurt in anyway. Also I got tons of compliments when I wore them, they’re statement shoes. Can’t wait to buy more Margaux in the future.

The most comfortable ballet flat
This is honestly the most comfortable flat there is. I own several Chanel flats (which are super uncomfortable) and these Margaux cannot compare. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Finding shoes that fit BOTH
Finding shoes that fit BOTH my feet is always a challenge! A bunion on one foot requires me to size up for width but oftentimes are then too long for both feet and too wide for the other foot. So far, The Phoebe seems to work in width and length since they offer a WIDE option. And the strap really helps in preventing my foot from slipping out. The extra padding is also a nice touch considering most flat shoes offer little to no support.
