We purchased this bag for my daughter right when we opened the package the zipper would open we were so disappointed we had to have them send us a new one ( school had already started) so we get the new one everything is going great until the zipper started to do the same thing as the first one it’s going off track and not zipping sometimes we can’t even zip it all the way it has to stay open on top of all this BEIS doesn’t care to do anything and same with Nordstroms so disappointed in a $90 bag which is just garbage

Not the greatest quality
I own quite a bit of beis items, and I was excited for this color. I purchased on Friday and by Saturday the stitches were already falling apart. Never had any other beis item do this before. Maybe I got a damaged one, I’m not sure.

Poor Design
This backpack does not slide onto the trolley handle. Big design flaw. It also does not have beverage pockets on the side like previous models. I am returning. Love the color but not he design.

Good not great
This is my first Béis purchase. I've taken it on one trip so far and discovered a lot of thoughtful details, but also a lot of frustrating features. It's very hard to reach the mesh pockets when it's fully packed (I would normally use those for earbuds, chargers, etc. but it was too inconvenient). The second electronics sleeve inside is unnecessary; I would have put the mesh pockets higher and allowed more room at the bottom. The front zip pocket has no give whatsoever, again making it very hard to remove items when the bag is full and straining against the zipper. I carry a larger water bottle than the one in the video so I can't pull it out the way they show. It will forever annoy me that the laptop slot has only one zipper pull; I always ended up pulling on the bottle zip, too. Overall, it was comfortable to carry and mostly kept me organized, but I wouldn't purchase again, at full price, or recommend. To the reviewer who said there's no trolley pass-through, you have to unzip it, which is cool because I was able to put my phone in that pocket when the bag wasn't on my suitcase.

Nice for travel
I took this on a recent trip and it held quite a lot without being bulky. I like how it unzips all the way down to allow plenty of room to look for things. I’d recommend watching the video to learn how to use it. The water can holder is zipped in the side, and the bottom zips underneath to slide on a suitcase or keep it zipped for extra storage However, I do agree with one commentator on the seams one star deducted for that
