  • The Cluny is based on the form of our bestselling Heel, meaning it features a comparable fit. If between sizes or widths, we recommend taking the larger size or width as the buckle is adjustable and can be used to customize the fit as you please. While this shoe was designed to fit flush with your heel, some customers—as with other open back styles—prefer to take a half-size larger for additional space behind their heel. |If you find that the fit isn’t quite perfect, we recommend lengthening or shortening the strap at the heel. The buckle is fully functional and allows you to adjust the strap to fit your heel just right!

Very disappointed that I made a significant investment in these shoes and they are too small and because they are final sale I can’t exchange them. I will not order shoes from you again.

Not worth the price.

Not worth the money! This shoe did not seem to be well made. Leather seemed poor quality and the shoe was so uncomfortable to walk in. I thought the block heel would help it be comfort but it was the front that hurt my toes terrible. And it was indeed a perfect fit! Not too small at all because when I loosened the back strap my feet fell out of the shoe!

EU size guidance is inaccurate

Very disappointed that I made a significant investment in these shoes and they are too small and because they are final sale I can’t exchange them. I will not order shoes from you again.

Love them!

Such a good classic beautiful shoe. Wore them for a work conference standing 12 hours a day never broke them in and never had blisters. Just usual pain from heels which was super bearable

Absolutely comfortable and beautiful!

I wish all shoes came with a 5mm cushioned footbed! These shoes were purchased during the archive sale and I just love the suede/patent leather combo. They didn’t have the shoe in my normal size 13 (EU 44), but the open back made the whole size down a viable option. I ordered it in a wide for a bit more wiggle room. After receiving them they were a bit snug, so I put in a shoe stretcher for a week and left for vacation. Et voila— Perfect and ready for whenever all this snow melts! Thanks, Margaux for creating such beautiful shoes in larger sizes. Seeing shoes stop at a 10 or 11 always made me feel left out, now I am blossoming into the shoe-lover the Creator intended. Ha!

Beautiful and comfortable

These are beautiful shoes and super comfortable. They run half a size too small but Margaux was super quick in exchanging them for me.

Gorgeous Shoe

I love these shoes! They are a beautiful color, look well made and are so chic! I ordered an 11 which is my typical size, and had to return them for an 11. 5. These fit perfectly!
