Sent a clearly used and returned bag
This bag I was sent was very clearly used and return. Scuff marks on it and the strap is wrinkled up like someone had worn it already multiple times. Price tag was also ripped off This is not my first bag I’ve purchased from Madewell so I expected better because I really appreciate the normal quality. Very disappointed as I paid for a NEW bag. Not used.
