Framed by silk velvet leaves, the hydrangea features interlaced petals made of periwinkle blue silk organza, silk habotai, silk chiffon and silk taffeta. Tiny pearls adorn the petals, reminiscent of morning dew. The hydrangea is one of the birth flowers of the month of November and is the state wildflower of Alabama.
