Tecovas was founded in 2015 by Paul Hedrick, who merged his professional passion for entrepreneurism with his born-in-Texas love for cowboy boots. BEST Boot! Great Chocolate Color!

I bought this book directly through Tecovas! But watch out - your Tecovas addiction will start. The goat boots are extremely comfortable. No break in period. I have since purchased many pairs of Annie, Abby and Loretta. I found the snip toe I wear a size 8 B and in the round toe Abby or Jolene I wear my normal size of 8.5 B. I know they “say” the snip toe is true to size but everyone on the Facebook Tecovas groups from die hard fans all find it beneficial to downsize 1/2 size for the snip toes. All colors are gorgeous but this Cafe color is the perfect shade! I ended up buying 2 pair (one for keeping nice for special occassions and dresses) and then one for my every day boots! Absolutely love their boots!

worn boots

Be aware of ordering from Nordstrom. I opened these boots and they are badly worn. I totally get that people try boots on and walk around but these are used boots. Deep leather wrinkling, gravel scuffed bottoms, toe leather ripped and scratched. Nordstrom needs to step up their quality control. I’m sure these are great boots but I would order them directly from the Tecovas website.

worn boots

sent me a very worn pair

Love the fit and everything except the shoes is clearly very worn. The bottom of the sole is heavily scratched and there are a lot of scuff marks near the toe area

Beautiful boot

I actually order this boot originally size 8 the quality of the leather and workmanship is superior. Great feel to the leather and loved the color. I felt it was a little big so I ordered a 7.5 and it fit perfect, not to snug or uncomfortable ~ however the right boot had a large scuff mark on it and a stitch that was loose ~ yiu could tell it had been worn. The left boot was packaged like it had never been worn or tried on… sending back along with the 8’s. I loved the boot so much I’ll reordered a 7.5 with hopes it’s not defaulted. Would give the boot a 5 star… just disappointed they wouldn’t remove a defective boot out if circulation.
