The 1991 Loose Straight Jeans

had a pair of loose straight jeans in a lighter wash and love how they fit so I got the same jean in a darker wash. They fit great and feel high quality

This is my second pair of these jeans. I got the first pair a few years ago in black. I'm old enough to remember 1990's jeans, and these are just like those vintage jeans. The fit is loose and more comfortable than any other jeans I have - cut just right. The black ones are made of a softer denim. These "rigid" blues are stiff, like the old 1990's denim. 5 stars, highly rated for comfort. And like all Madewell clothes, they're very well constructed.

I like the quality of these jeans and I think the fit is great; they go well with everything.

Love the fit! I'm 5'8", 157 lbs. Wear 31/30. Higher rise at about 12.5", which makes them sit almost at the natural waist line. Hot washed and dried before first wear. Length shortened about half an inch so now, with no shoes on, the hem just barely touches the floor at my heels. For me, this length works with what ever footwear I choose. The color and wash are OK. I thought it was going to be the same denim used for the 1991straights but it's not. I like those better.
