Top should be in children's department
I was very excited to receive this top in brown. I knew it would be fitted and that perhaps I would need to get a larger size. I was stunned on opening to see the shrunken size. I couldn't even get it over my head in a medium. I usually think Nordstrom brand is decent, well-priced apparel, but this so missed the mark for me. There is a definite design and sizing flaw. Where is quality control?
