Tess Station Chain Pendant Necklace

I ordered this during a recent one day sale as a Christmas gift for a family member. A few days later I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to the item being unavailable yet the Nordstrom app showed the item as available but now at the full price, I contacted customer service and was informed that they ship from the store closest to your location and if that location runs out an order is canceled but the cs rep confirmed it was in stock and placed a new order for me with a price adjustment, today I received an email cancelling my new order stating it’s unavailable yet once again it still clearly shows it’s available online. Since this is how Nordstrom treats customers I will no longer do business with them!!
